DESCRIPTION
The Classic Surface Mounted Roof Anchor with Aluminium Base Plate is designed for use on metal roof sheet profiles where access to timber is difficult. Multitude of drilling points to suit different profiles with superior waterproofing.
The eyebolt is made from 316 Stainless Steel with powerful energy absorbing qualities. The tapered design allows the eyebolt to bend reducing load on the structure and person. The SafetyLink eyebolt was developed and tested extensively to maximize energy absorption while retaining its strength when arresting a fall.

- Surface mounted anchors must not be used for rope access (abseiling).

The Surface Mounted Anchor is best suited to roof pitches up to 30 degrees. For over 30 degrees Surface Mounted Anchors should be used in conjunction with other access methods to ensure no live loading. Note: These anchors are not abseil anchors and therefore if they are subjected to a live load this may trigger the energy absorbing regions.
